No. ChongCheck is an information and analytics service, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose. It reads your dog's data and hands you — and your vet — a clearer picture, so the visit starts from something better than guesswork. That's useful whether your vet is a specialist or a generalist: it adds a second, cross-checked read of the case, the kind a single vet rarely has time to build alone. Treatment decisions stay with a licensed veterinarian.
Are there real veterinarians reviewing my case?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Every assessment is produced by AI. That is the design: seven specialized AI agents review the same case in parallel, which is something no single clinic visit gives you. It is not a substitute for a human examining your dog.

Does it work for cats or other pets?
Dogs only. The reference ranges, breed profiles and specialist prompts are built for dogs, and we would rather do one species properly than all of them badly.
Do you sell my dog's health data?
No. We do use de-identified, aggregated patterns to improve the models — on the free plan that contribution is part of the deal and it's disclosed at signup, and paid plans can opt out at any time. Chong was my dog.
When he got sick, we did what most people do — went to the clinic, got back a lab report with twenty unreadable abbreviations, started a course of antibiotics. It didn't work, so we switched. Didn't work again, so we switched once more. And again.
We could see him getting worse, and even the vet said the results were worsening and the clinic probably couldn't help (that was said a year into treatment) — months of antibiotics weren't working. And it was just a skin fungus.
In parallel, we consulted online vets from other countries — they too prescribed antibiotics and expensive supportive medication.
For a year and a half we treated him with different antibiotics. Each vet looked at their slice of the picture. No one looked at the whole.
In the last month of his life, with his health already broken, we got into the country's leading veterinary university. They ran a full diagnostic. In parallel, I ran the same lab results through several specialized AI models.
The university had it in a week, after a year and a half of guesswork. And the models had flagged the same numbers.
It was just too late.
The vets were treating the fungus by guesswork, and said themselves they couldn't pin down exactly what it was. Meanwhile we paid for a new skin scraping every three months, and no one ever said: this isn't working, you need better diagnostics than we can offer. That could have been said after the first three to six months without results — before the antibiotics did irreversible damage. In the end we drove him a thousand kilometers to a veterinary hospital ourselves.
